Impact crusher is a kind of crusher, using impacting force to crush materials. Motor drives the rotors to revolve rapidly. When materials enter into the reacting area, fast-revolving rotors strongly hit them. Then crushed materials are thrown into impacting devices for being crushed again. Last, they will rebound back to the impacting area. Repeatedly, raw materials are hit again and again until being crushed into the aggregates as required. By adjusting the distance between impacting rack and rotors, we can change the discharging size and shape of crushed materials.
