The main working part of PCZ heavy hammer crusher is rotors with hammer on. Rotors is made up of principal axis, disk, pin roll and hammer. Motor drives the rotors to revolve at a high speed in crushing cavity. Raw materials are fed into cavity and are strongly hit by hammer into aggregates. Under the rotors, there are seive plate for screening aggregates. For those larger ones, they will stay on sieves for being hit again by moving hammers. For those qualified ones, they will discharge out as finished products
