Introduction of Main Procedures in Sand Making Line

Firstly, the stone materials are uniformly delivered to the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for rough breaking, then the coarse broken materials are fed into the PEX jaw crusher or conical crusher by belt conveyor for further fine crushing. The fine material is sent to the Sand Maker for further crushing and sand making, after which the fine material is transported to the vibrating screen for screening, and the materials that meet the requirements of the finished product size are sent to the sand washer for cleaning. After cleaning, the finished product is transported by the finished conveyor belt.

Meanwhile the materials which do not meet the requirements of finished product size are reprocessed from the vibrating screen back to the Sand Making Machine, forming closed circuit multiple cycles. The finished product granularity can be combined and graded according to the needs of the user. If dry production processing is used, it can be equipped with coarse powder separator and dust removal equipment.
